Shipping & Returns


At quality merchandise and service are a priority.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must have a return authorization from us to be credited.

All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. We can not accept returns on items that have been used.



We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.

We refund shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.

We exchange defective merchandise with no additional shipping charges to ship the item(s) to you. For all other exchanges you have to pay for shipment to us and for the exchanged item(s) to you.

Please include the following information with your return package:


  1. Customer Name and Invoice Number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Do you want a refund or replacement merchandise?
  4. If replacement, list replacement merchandise.


The above information must be included or we may not be able to process your return. We recommend sending returns 1st Class or Priority Mail to save on your shipping costs.
